Registration

 

Register early to ensure your child's space in camp! Families registering more than one child should register children separately online or submit one form per child. Forms are available online here. Payment in full, including tuition and $35 registration fee, is due at the time of registration. No adjustments will be made for camper absences.

The registration fee of $35 is a non-refundable fee per camper. This fee is waived for Corcoran members at the Family level and above. Your membership number must be provided at the time of registration in order to take advantage of this benefit. Ways to Register

 

Online. For online registration, please click here.

Mail. Registrations with payment by check or credit card can be mailed to the Program Registrar, Corcoran Gallery of art, 500 Seventeenth Street NW, Washington, DC 20006.

Phone. For phone registration with payment by credit card, please call (202) 639-1770 and have all required information ready.

Fax. For fax registration with payment by credit card, please complete this registration form and fax it to (202) 639-1729.

 

Waitlists

 

Once a session's maximum number of campers is reached, a wait list will be established. Waitlisted children are not registered and may not attend Camp Creativity or Studio D without clearance from the Programs and Events Registrar. If space becomes available, the Program Registrar will attempt to notify the first person by phone or e-mail. If there is no response after 24 hours, the open space is offered to the next person on the wait list.

 

Information and Release Form

 

An Information and Release form, available here, is required for each camper. No child is allowed to attend camp unless this form has been completed.

 

Special Needs

 

The Corcoran is committeed to making art accessible to all. If you have a child with special needs who may require any type of accommodation or assistance in the classroom, please notify the Program Registrar at (202) 639-1770 at the time of registration. This information also needs to be noted on the Information and Release Form.

 

Schedule Adjustments

 

Any changes to a camper's schedule, including adding or dropping sessions, must be made in writing to the Programs and Events Registrar by submitting an Add/Drop form.

 

Studio D Permission Form

 

Studio D students enrolled in the full-day program may, with parental consent only, leave the Downtown campus during lunch. Students must submit a signed Permission form.
